1. Who we are

Lisboa Chapter is the Lisbon chapter of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), sponsored by HD Lisboa. Contact: admin@lisboa-chapter.com.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide voluntarily, namely:

• Membership form: name, date of birth, tax ID number, citizen card/passport number, contacts, address, bike details, profile photo and member information.
• Members area access request and suggestions: name, email and phone.

3. How we use the data

The data is used solely to process your membership, member management and the chapter’s communication with you. Requests sent through the forms are forwarded by email to the board. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Cookies

This site uses a minimal amount of cookies/local storage:

• Essential: they remember your cookie preference (so the notice isn’t shown again).
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam protection for the forms) may use technical cookies.

We do not use advertising or marketing-tracking cookies.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to admin@lisboa-chapter.com. We keep the data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes above.

6. Terms & Conditions

By submitting a membership request you declare that the information provided is true and that you are (or intend to be) a H.O.G. member. Acceptance of membership is subject to board approval and to the rules of the chapter and of the Harley Owners Group. Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms and of this policy.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
